About Jacqueline

I specialise in Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Trauma Conscious Yoga,Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, Couples yoga. Breath facilitation, and Sound Healing. In addition to this, I am also a certified fitness instructor, giving me a well-rounded knowledge of the physiology and anatomy of the body.

I am beyond blessed to have gained my qualifications with exclusive training modalities throughout India, Asia & Australia (my homeland). Yoga has opened up the opportunity for me to travel extensively, leading classes at high end resorts throughout the world, while at the same time critiquing my teaching styles in the true yoga tradition whilst living a humble Ashram life.

I believe trauma was my teacher. My life experiences have enabled me to guide with compassion and understanding. Creating a healthier and more fulfilling life. Not only for myself, but for those who have walked that brave, painful path, seeking emotional healing.

My passion for Yoga in its true essence, runs deeper than just a physical experience. I love the integration between mindful & spiritual connection in order for the body to feel at ease and therefore move with grace and confidence.

It’s my belief that the flow of life can be authentically enriched through the relationship with Yoga. I live by the understanding, that the key to keeping your balance is knowing when you have lost it.
