Hatha Vinyasa classes are synonymous with movement. Transitioning in and out of postures is the most obvious one but even in stillness, Vinyasa is represented by the beat of your heart and the inhalation and exhalation of your breath. Breath initiates the movement of Hatha Vinyasa, which is why I refer to my practise as a “breath-to-movement” practice.

Aerial yoga is a fun and liberating practice to build strength, motivation, gain confidence & built trust. It draws from the alignment and techniques of yoga, using a low hanging, wide Aerial Sling to aid in moving through traditional yoga postures. One of the primary features of using a Yoga Hammock is its ability to decompress the spine and mitigate joint stress as you practice stretches and positions with the support of the sling.

Trauma Conscious Yoga is a body centred approach. Allowing gentle, mindful movement, reflective practices, breathing, meditation and yoga. It supports the client in a gentle non-invasive way. To reconnect to the body and move in ways that feels kind and liberating. This builds strength and trust, physically & mindfully.

Chair yoga is an accommodating practice. Allowing movement and stability. It is flexible in its nature, to be practiced in a multitude of settings. The security and comfort of the chair allows the nervous system and hormonal system to work together. Nourishing each and every cell in your body. Chair yoga is perfect for those with weaknesses in mobility, balance, vision, and/or coordination.

Acro partners yoga, is a practice that consents two people to relate to one another through assisted poses. From stretching your levels of trust to strengthening your communication. This is a great way to create a foundation for openness, confidence, and understanding. The most important thing about partner yoga is, “being open and honest with each other and keeping the flow light-hearted and fun.

A one-on-one crafted yoga session, can offer you a program that's tailored specifically to your needs. We can look at routines that incorporate the poses you’d like to work deeper on and help you to work towards your most ambitious yoga goals. This way, you can break the patterns of self-doubt, taking your yoga practice to the next level.

Sound bath is a stationary practice, that enables one to sit within themselves and go on an individualised journey. Your healing process is guided by the frequencies of sacred instruments. Offering an Elevated and nurturing experience in the hammock, or grounding and centred on the mat.
Gently ease into the session with a nourishing, grounding cacao ritual, set your intentions, as you connect within.

My name is Jacqueline Marie. I am an enthusiastic, fun loving yoga, health and fitness specialist. I bring a variety of yoga styles to enrich and uplift every individual who joins me on the mat.
It’s my belief that the flow of life can be authentically enriched through the relationship with yoga. I live by the understanding that the key to keeping your balance is knowing when you have lost it.
